Robert Evangelista Thanks Robert. I can see how to VIEW the number of shutters and the number of sensor cleanings. My question is how to DO the sensor cleaning. Is there a menu choice to clean sensor?

Gary Hatfield every time you turn on the camera you activate sensor Cleaning. unfortunately there is no other way do it. It is also best to do it when the sensor came from off state as it is not energized as the particles wont be magnetized towards it. you can see this work with the small icon on the right upper side of the screen showing a rectangular icon with sparkles.

Thanks for the vid Rob. However om my OM-D EM-1, when I click Info on the Light Meter Display, it just switches from Vivid to Natural or vice-versa and then I press OK, it just goes back to the Setup Menu and not the 3 line screen on your vid. Using Firmware 2.2. Any clues?

Robert Couldry I understand what you mean and I was able to replicate what happened to you. You missed the first step I mentioned on the video. The first step is Turn OFF --> Press down and HOLD the Menu button--> Turn ON after the sensor cleaning icon disapears --> Release the MENU button --> Press MENU button again. and follow the rest of the video/

nice vid robert... do you have any suggestion today i success to upgrade my em1 firmware from 1.0 to 3.0 afterthat i upgrade my 12-40 pro firmware to 1.1 but in the middle operation unintentionally my usb cable was interrupted maybe update firware was corrupted i can detect my lens on my camera body i already try with my other lens its ok do you have any suggestio

awaluddin nurmiyanto if it is not detected, then there is no way you can upload the updated Firmware. Do visit your olympus Branch.. I am preety sure they have a way of flashing the firmware again...

I just bought a 'bnew' camera. It shows R = 72; U = 44 and B = 22... Is it still considered as bnew? I bought it online and I'm thinking if I should send it back.

+Kenneth Alcala don't worry, those numbers are low. I my self would never worry about it. Some electronics even brand new undergoes extensive test, before we get it, it is actually not brand new. It could have undergone out of box test where the use is registered on the counters.
