My battery discharges wen fully charged wen not in use.. even when I put off the inverter.. after the sun goes down it discharges.. why plz

Yeah, it's normal, if that's the charging voltage (i.e., the amount of voltage needed to charge the batter) and not the battery state of charge. You can configure it based on your battery stages of charging.

My charge controller is not always smiling, and it gives my battery poor charge, i dont really know why

Make sure you select the right battery on your charge controller so as to make it smile
