How to check the computer power supply without a computer - a computer guide

The computer power supply can be checked in several ways, using a paper clip you can determine whether it is starting correctly and the fan works, and using an electronic meter you will measure 12V (yellow), 5V (red), 3.3V (orange) voltage. The quickest way is to use an office clip, but if you have, you can use the power supply tester, so you can quickly check everything with measurements of all voltages. You can connect a HDD to the SATA or MOLEX connector to additionally charge the power supply during measurements, but I think that the basic test will be enough in most cases.
