How to ChickenGuard - Calibrating the Door

When calibrating my chicken guard 'standard' , after pushing the up-button and menu-button, the led lights up, but the down-button is not working. So, I (need to) push the menu button. It says 'calibration complete', but door is not opening. I checked the 'magnets', but everything is ok. Why is the down-button not working ?

I have the same problem, the middle menu button is the only thing making the door go up or down, up and down is only working to scroll the menu, it might have to be fully set up.

My chicken guard is malfunctioning. We have -10 , what is the maximum low temp for proper function of controls? Thankyou

Anyone know why the lock wings are not popping out when door fully closed? I wish the FAQ had more details

I'd love to know myself - wasting time reading instructions that don't seem to correlate to the unit I have ... if I press up or down button as he suggests the screen says I need to recalibrate 🤯

Mine chicken guard isn’t closing some nights. What could be the issue. Also it’d not moving smoothly but instead jolting.

Sounds like it's getting stuck in the runners. Does it go up and down easily when you manually pull it up and down holding the string?
