If you live in Pothole City it's best to get suspension & tyres that aren't too thin (maybe puncture protection too). UK

I think if your older, suspension forks are a must have, less strain on your neck and back. I also fined it inspires confidence on downhill rutted roads.

1:37 a more upright position isn't necessarily more comfortable. A comfortable bike spreads your weight out over your hands, feet, and butt, whereas a super-upright bike puts it all on your butt.

Purchased a Verve 3 today at a large bike shop and was told they ordered it before the pandemic started and it would be ready in January. It was the last one and more wouldn’t have come until mid 2021. Whaaaat. Add bike shortages to the list of things the pandemic took a crap on!

I was going to get a trek fx1 but I ended up getting a peugeot cx01-100, rides like a charm. I do miss the disc brakes, but it was half the price!

A few days ago I found in the store the dual sport 2 w in that awesome beautiful green. Sadly the only frame still available is XS and I need M 😭😭 settle with the black version and gonna put Reflectif stickers in the Miami green on it.

I think I have a hybrid bike it’s got wide tires dosent have any suspension and it’s also light weight and fast it’s like a mountain and road bike combined I have tested it off-road and on asphalt and on off-road it’s in the middle but it’s still pretty good off-road and on asphalt It’s the best

I a woman looking for a dual sport but I'm confused about what the woman's version offers. Is it purely the stagger bar or is it things like the dimensions of the handle bars too? I prefer the shape of the bike that is not labelled as male or female. Is that unisex or would the dimensions be better suited to a man? Ultimately want to get the bike that fits me best, but prefer the look of the non stagger. Thanks

It sure can, tire choice and tire pressure are the key elements for a rigid frame to perform well on gravel or other uneven surfaces.

Bicicletas de entrada da Trek, Cannondale, etc não valem a pena no Brasil. É muito caro pelo que você recebe, bike de 700 dólares custa 3.500 aqui. Eu recomendo fortemente você olhar a soul sl 229, ela tem componentes superiores aos dessas marcas, garantia bem mais fácil e vitalícia e no geral é bem querida pela comunidade brasileira de ciclistas

That’s true idk why are trek bikes so freaking expensive. Like you can get same quality and specs from another brand. I walked in a trek store and ask for some specs I was looking for on a bike and they were going to sell me a $900 hybrid bike and I was like oh no that thing must fly for me to pay that for a hybrid. I walked in to my local bike shop and got a bike with the same specs but different brand for $650 and it’s been 2 years and still running smooth.

You could buy a Walmart bike 😂😂. It'll weigh 80 pounds. It'll shift when you don't want it to and not shift when you do want it to and you'll have to tighten everything up twice a ride. Or just spend $600 to $900 on a good bike and be done with It.

How to choose a hybrid bike: buy a used Trek. Next rip off everything that says "Bontrager" cause its cheaply made and overly priced. Finally, install a drive train no less than Deore 10 Speed....now you have an awesome Trek Hybrid Bike.....=8-]
