In hybrid mode journal after acceptance if I choose subscription mode wheather I should pay the subscription amount for the publication, this also seems to high.

Subscription is for accessing or downloading other papers. You can upload your paper for publication even if your institution has not subscribed that journal.

Yes, definately. You can publish in any mode. It does not matter your institution has subscription or not.

If it is subscription mode either your Institute or University have it. Or an individual can purchase individual article too. If you do not want to pay any fee. I have mentioned several ways of getting the papers.
