How to Choose the Best Portable Bluetooth Speaker: Our Top Picks and Comparison

Here is my impression after comparing the speakers. The Notabrick Vibe speaker (30W, but I doubt it) has a clear sound that doesn't get too distorted even at 100% volume. However, it's worth noting that the highs can become a bit tiring over time, especially when listening to music, and overall it lacks bass (especially in the low and mid ranges). These speakers are actually more suitable for watching movies and listening to podcasts. The Anker Soundcore 3 (16W) sounds more balanced, has more bass, and sounds a bit muffled out of the box ("Soundcore Signature EQ" in the app settings). The app is very well thought out and comprehensive, allowing users to create their own EQ settings in addition to several presets. The Soundcore sounds full and almost distortion-free at higher volumes. In my opinion, it lacks a bit of detail in the sound (you can't expect too much at this price point). The case attracts fingerprints very easily, and the speaker only has a USB-C connection. It is the most compact of all the speakers. In terms of sound, it is quite versatile and can be used for occasional music, KZbin, movies, and podcasts without worry. Additionally, there is always the option to choose the best setting based on your own preferences in the app.
The Muqi MG-13 (10W) has a fairly balanced and pleasant sound with average bass at volumes up to 70%, and after that, playback is unfortunately not quite clean and the distortion problems become more apparent. I would recommend it for movies, non-bass-heavy music, podcasts, and up to a volume of around 70%. All three speakers have common features such as IPX7, two drivers (stereo), a passive subwoofer, convenient control, the ability to connect as a pair to form a true stereo system, a pretty good battery life, portability, and of course, an affordable price.

Allerdings werden die Höhen auf Dauer, insbesondere beim Musikhören, zu anstrengend, und es fehlt generell an Bass, insbesondere im tiefen und mittleren Bereich. Diese Lautsprecher sind eigentlich eher für das Anschauen von Filmen und das Hören von Podcasts geeignet. Die Lichtspiele (6 insgesamt mit 7 Farben, können auch deaktiviert werden) sind nur ein zusätzliches Plus und reine Geschmackssache. Von allen drei Lautsprechern ist dieser der Größte.
Der Anker Soundcore 3 (16 W) klingt ausgeglichener, hat mehr Bass und klingt werkseitig etwas dumpfer ("Soundcore Signatur EQ in App-Einstellung). Durch die sehr durchdachte und umfangreiche App gibt es für Benutzer neben mehreren Presets auch die Möglichkeit, eigene EQ-Einstellungen zu erstellen. Der Soundcore klingt insgesamt voll und fast verzerrungsfrei bei höherer Lautstärke. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt ihm jedoch etwas an Details im Klang (in dieser Preisklasse kann man nicht viel erwarten). Das Gehäuse zieht sehr stark Fingerabdrücke an, und der Lautsprecher hat nur einen USB-C-Anschluss. Der Lautsprecher ist der kompakteste von allen. In Sachen Klang ist er ziemlich universell: gelegentliches Musikhören, KZbin, Filme und Podcasts lassen sich sorgenfrei hören. Außerdem gibt es immer die Möglichkeit, im App die besten Einstellungen nach eigenen Ansprüchen auszuwählen.
Der Klang des Muqi MG-13 (10 W) ist ziemlich ausgeglichen und angenehm mit einem durchschnittlichen Bass bei Lautstärken bis 70%, danach ist die Wiedergabe leider nicht ganz sauber und man hört Übersteuerungsprobleme. Ich empfehle ihn für Filme, nicht basslastige Musik, Podcasts und bis zu einer Lautstärke von ca. 70%.
Solche Funktionen wie IPX7, zwei Treiber (Stereo) und passiver Subwoofer, bequeme Steuerung, die Möglichkeit, den Lautsprecher als Paar in ein echtes Stereosystem zu verbinden, eine ziemlich gute Akkulaufzeit, Portabilität und natürlich der günstige Preis haben alle drei Lautsprecher gemeinsam.
