If u have an underlying issue that’s causing Hairfall (if it’s more than normal) then u must check it. It can be vit deficiency too.. in these cases just applying serum from the outside won’t work.

Good that you mentioned u are already planning on balanced diet cz you are just 13 and should have well nourished body. Eat well sleep well and be happy and play .. do not worry much .. hair fall could be due to many reasons … if you feel you should get checked with doctor then do not hesitate. Also, serum should work if the problem is not your underlying issue or medication..

@@VaishaliRastogi thx didi, I appreciate your words, I should not take any stress and create a healthy dite, but I think my hair fall is due to heat uses, like since I have school tuitions, in case if I Wash my hair, I have to use dryer and the heat might be harmful for my hair since I'm teenager, so I think using serum 4times a week and having balanced diet can help for sure, and my stress only increases when I have exams , since I'm 9th and the board exams are next year I have to take stress sometimes, well I should care my hair, and about doc, in my area, there are not much good doc, once a doc recommend something to me which really didn't work, so I barely trush on them....
