Sir exactly, but nobody ask for the refund policy once they joined , but in my experience i had worked with various institutes as ielts trainer but i have seen such refund policy that local institutes might follow, because it doesn't exist. None any institute keeps because they don't want to ruin their business. Besides m sorry to say, this would sound more good if u stand on the words u said in your video. Do you refund if one of your student gets dissatisfied.
