Your camera angle is perfect you can see you hands and the buttons Can you make a video on layering drums and placing FX on durum’s / Samples Plus sampling a External keyboard Sound…. Making a key group patch to store on the internal memory on the MPC I want to collect a few sound for me to have when I travel with the mpc / play from a cheap midi controller

Good vid, just a quick one on the chopping. When you’re in the sample edit page, to clear any clipping at the beginning of chop, hit the shift key and press 0 Snap. This will help you locate the quietest transient for you to move to and avoid any clips within that chop. Keep the vids coming. Respect.

That’s usually how it works yeah but I’m not hot on what akai are up to tbh. There is the option of the MPC One or used. Could both be good money savers 👍

Whenever I’m in manual chop mode I can’t hear the sample playing. Only on the trim mode it’ll play sound

Can't say I've ever had that problem. As soon as I start putting in chops the corresponding pads trigger the chops for me and work as expected. Are you on the latest software version?

I understand threshold chop but don’t get it. If you could break that down it would be chill.
