It has be within 4 years or 48K miles though right? I have one tiny crack in a rear rim of my '19 Grand Sport. Was planning on getting some replacements soon. I'm pretty sure I won't be getting any reimbursement.

Exactly 4 years or under 48k miles. They will only replace repairs. Have you gotten the crack repaired? Otherwise you lose air.

@@PhDTracyWalker I have not gotten it repaired, so nothing to reimburse now. But the needed planed replacements will not be cheap. I only drive it once or twice a week and it’s such a slow leak that it hasn’t been a big deal for me to fill it up before the weekend drive. I do worry about it suddenly becoming a big crack and leak. It would be nice if I could prove the crack and get a new rim at no expense. Even if it was just a stock replacement for now.

The possibility of the crack scares me. Nonetheless, I'm happy that they did something. Too many people spoke up about it. The people have the power after all. I think its worth getting some aftermarket rims that your eyes really like. Between the 2k and 3k range. The concave designs are really near. I tried to avoid the very thin intricate spoke like rims. They crack. Go for some forged after market rims. There's good ones on ebay also. I'd search there first.

@03FR500 or just take it to a rim repair place. They will fix it for under 300 bucks. Amd they will likely find cracks on the other rims. I drove my corvette twice a week also. Still would crack. Shame shame on GM.
