How to Clean a Remington 1100

Drew will be dissasembling a Remington 1100. All you need to disassemble this is a punch, rubber mallet, boresnake, gun cleaner (Hoppe's, M-Pro 7, Rem Oil, etc.), gun oil, and a needle nose pliers.

been cleaning mine since i was 14 years old. Im 60 now same gun. I think i got it down. but thx for the video i used it to show my grand son who will be gettng mine... seems they respond better to videos... not sure if thats good or bad.

Clean the gas port hole on the barrel and do not touch the trigger assembly there is no need to and if u mess it up you'll be sending it back to remington

There should be the sear sticking up in the trigger group. Just push it down until it catches.
