seems like he cleaned AC after several years. Just wash filters after every 15 days and put blower from the back of the outdoor unit when it is running, all dust will be blown away by the outdoor fan. Both inner and outer coils must be washed after 3 months with the spray bottle (if you dont have pressure washer).

You don’t have to waste time taking out the fan from the ac unit. All you need is an old toothbrush to clean the fan blade while still in there. Dust will fall off. Spin the blade with fingers till you reach everything.

Also i have samsung ac which runs occasionally consumes 5-7units when runs for 8-10hr but cools very very fast i mean 1.5ton ac cools 280sqft room with 3 doors and 2 windows in just 15mins
