Cylinder separator and eccentric small destoner will be excellent for this plant. Marjoram . Basil.mint.and parsley are the same.

Very interesting video! Thank you for all the explanations! May I ask, How much of your production in %, is dedicated to destilación, and how much to lavender bud production? It seems you guys cut by hand the whole fields and then, out of that the logic should be dedicating all for bud production….and few dedicated to distillation.

Hi, You are correct most of our lavender goes towards our dried bunches and bunches. We have 14,000 lavender plants and only 3,000 to 4,000 are distilled. The rest are used for dried bunches and buds

What about the proportion for fresh bouquets? I see a few varieties of your lavenders only for fresh bouquets?

Sorry for the late reply I missed this comment. We use a locally made machine. It is quite simple it is a small motor coneccted to a couple of chimney brushes. The brushed rotate and we rub the lavender against the brushes while they are rotating.
