No time required after cleaning take one plain cotton cloth and wipe it thoroughly so that if any residue solution remaining..and don't forget to add Dechlorinate liquid to water keep it for 30 minutes and also add some 1/4th tank old water you removed to maintain PH of the water to fresh water you added..

Oh dear, if you frequently use scrubber the glass will be permanently smocked. So don't use it. You can use sponge & little bit of harpic .Its my suggestion.
