Great video!! TY for this video! We have had ours for over a year and the red clean light just came on. It worked great! Took a LONG time do the 3 cups of vinegar water mixture and 9 cups of plain water.

Oh my gosh, I never knew that by holding down both 6 and 8 Oz buttons was an option to clean my kcup side. You are so helpful. I've been trying to figure this out for quite some time now. Thank you. I don't like going to gas scion coffe stops because I worry they don't clean their machines regularly. They are literally petri dishes for fungi and bacterial growth.

Thanks for the K cup descaling. Are there different size charcoal filters? The ones that came with my Cuisinart Dual Coffee maker will not fit in the carrier that goes in the watet tank

That's no good. they should have sent you the correct filters. I don't have the Cuisinart model coffee maker there, but i notice.. is that how slow they dispense the water under single serve? Because it still looks like he's having someone difficulty pushing the water through the system. But I'm used to the Keurig models. remove it till the end then put it back in, if you ran vinegar through it then I would replace it. it should be replaced every 2 months.

We have done all this cleaning on the single-serve side . . . . but the red clean light stays (not blinking). I've tried pressing the 6 oz and 8 oz buttons at the same time, but the red clean light stays on. How do I turn off the red clean light off?

The red clean light on the left side of the machine is for the Coffee maker with Carafe side. have you descaled the Coffee maker side on the left side. I have a video on how to do the coffee pot side. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fWioZJyil5mWaMU If the clean light stays on after you clean the left side then it says to clean it again. Remember to get into clean mode press and hold the clean button until the clean light flashes, this puts the machine into clean mode and should reset the light after you are done.

My clean light isn’t coming on and I put my kcup in, push the button for size I want and it just doesn’t start. I reset it for 30 minutes and then it works, but it keeps doing this about every other day? Any idea what’s wrong? Do I need to descale it again? Thanks for your kind words. This has been a problem on Cuisinarts The lid will become distorted from the steam an not shut all the way. No sure what to do about that. make sure your brew basket is installed correct and its not hitting the brew basket.

Thank you for this video. But why does noone take all the pieces out from kcup side to actually clean the parts? Like the silicone black piece that goes on the top needle attached to the lid of machine? Their manual sucks for NOT telling/showing us how many pieces are there and what goes where after someone else has taken it apart... uhh. Frustrating, lack of practicality everywhere.

The clean light should not come on if you've run thru the cleaning process. When the clean is on, it means the unit needs to be cleaned.
