Thank you for sharing this, it is a valuable aportation. I am from Mexico and I have the same model of machine, in my case I turn on the copier and at the beggining there is a tremendous noice coming from that part that you cleaned, and appears a C6 message of error, after a moment the noise stops and does nothing I cannot copy anything. Do you think that cleaning the laser unit will help? or what is your sugestion?

hola, puedes empezar limpiando la unidad laser . Si el ruido es un zumbido muy intenso puede ser el motor que hace girar los espejos hexagonales No recuerdo que es el codigo C6, Espero sea de tu ayuda

I also have this photocopy machine. i get this c-6 error. I tried to solve using the method as I found here in one of the video. But, instantly, it returns back again. I tried and this problem persisted. Can someone advise me how to solve this problem.
