Before you start removing injectors did you need to close some valve to prevent lpg leak or something ? i got sam isuse on my bmw e39

There is a valve with a solenoid that is closed by the LPG ECU. If the car is off or if running on Petrol there won't be any lpg coming passed the valve. You can remove the injectors without a problem. If you need to remove the evaporator remove the incoming hose from the tank after the solenoid! Let me know if your issue is solved! If the temperatures drop outside the truck started running poor. Also very rough idling as well. Those are typical injector problems. If your vehicle starts misfiring or is running roughly under full acceleration (full power) the evaporator is bad! If you need more help send us an email! 💪💪

Thanks! Well I live in Europe for 1L petrol i need to pay €1,70. For LPG €0,55 thanks to newer LPG systems fuel economy is almost the same as on petrol!

Thank you a lot. I also live in Europe (Italy) and also here petrol is quite pricey (1,60€/L). LPG is a great alternative if you don't mind about performance. I actually drive a Renault Clio 1.0 LPG and I'm really happy. Previously I had a Chevrolet 1.4 LPG. I was looking for a truck for my farm avoiding the diesel engine. I know how affordable and competitive could be the LPG system in small engines. I have no idea regarding big engines but I'm very curious. Unfortunately American trucks are rare and very expensive here in Italy. Could you please give a honest opinion regarding the ram 1500 LPG? Thanks

Well if you got a good brand of Lpg system like Prins or Vogels you won't miss any performance. How about import a truck from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany? Let me know if you need more info!

How is that your car have got two rail injectors. Normally there is only one rail injector . I have got Lovato CNG gas kit .

It’s a v8 engine. One injector rail per side to give the 4 cilinders on each side the fuel

I have these same BiGas LPG injectors. Also had some go bad, but when I opened it I was like: this is nothing more but a magnetic coil that pulls a valve back to let the gas out. That's literaly it. What could go bad? Knowing that the coils still did their job and pulled the valve open just fine. Edit: I have these same bottles of brake cleaner. Brezan? :D

Haha the spring inside will become lose and the needles het play and won’t close enough. Then the trouble starts!

No that’s not necessary! Only if you instal new ones! I have various programs if you need one!
