Yes cap you can get aftermarket till that time one screw is good enough to keep it in place

Clean the same filter it's just the blower at rear if ac is not sufficient can be a problem with filter

@@NikhilRana @Nikhil Rana they said its rear ac vent. The ac is very effective in front side with good throw. Air throw is distinctively low in back row. Is there any control in front panel to regulate air throw to back row. My doubt is based on the assumption that many a times front row is occupied and hence throw to back row is unnecessary.

No need to mark directions. The outer casing will not fit if you install it the wrong way. There is a slot in the outer casing where the protruding part of filter fits into.
