@@prof_writer Thank you very much for your reply. actually, I am working with my thesis to analysis data by using R . As I am at a beginner level so I need to work, after getting raw data, on how to make it fit for analysis. for example, I got data from my survey where they give 3 columns for gender. male, female, diverse, and in every column response is counted as "2" and no response "1" how I can make it one to make a visualization of gender.

@@shaonshahriar2022 where does your raw data originate? Are you taking it from a survey collection instrument such as Qualtrics? Go back to your raw data, check for male, female, diverse. if this was the order on the survey male should = 1, female should = 2 and diverse should = 3. You should have the option to manually code each group in your survey tool. If not, you can take the raw data into Excel, then use "find and replace" to manually code. Does this help?
