Thaaank you for this vid! 🙏 This tutorial fixed the issue on my printer (Brother DCP-T310) today. The issue was like this, I got missing horizontal lines but for black color only then I tried to fix it using Alignment and Correct feed but it worsened the prob. Before it can print black but with missing horizontal lines then it went to no color black at all. So I asked the nearby technician about the issue and he said that the solution is to replace the printhead. I'm glad I tried this one before buying a replacement printhead. Although the first few prints were failure but it went okay and printed great quality after many times using the cleaning process of the printer. So yeaah. Thaaanks!!! 🙏🫡

Great tutorial. I was able to print using my T700W. I did not open. I just made use of the cleaning button for 10x. Of course with a few minutes interval. At the end it worked. Another thing I need to add, I opened the refill tank for a minute or two because I noticed there were ink spillage from the tank while cleaning. When I replaced the cap and run another cleaning. I was surprised it printed nicely and all the colors showed perfectly. Thank you from a proud 60 y/o Brother printer user. Goes to show Brother is user friendly even in repairs and maintenance. LOL!

Thanks! Great help! My DCP-T300 is now back to its 100%. After the cleaning process, I could not make the ink flow through the tubes. I did the 764 maintenance cleaning. Then it finally worked! 🤩

thanks sa video na ito. i fixed my printer although it was not perfect kasi after i cleaned it nag flash ang printer na error 48...then nsg low tempersture siya...then hindi na nag print ang lahat when in fact yong yellow lang sana ang barado but i keep on checking with the net all my options. was glad na troublehoot ko. but salamat talaga.

Meron po akong Brother DCP -T500w na laging kumakain ng sobra sa isang papel. Sinubukan ko nang linisin yung roller gamit ang damped cloth. Sinunod ko yung troubleshooting steps sa manual, ganun pa rin. Recommended paper sizes and thickness lang po ang ginagamit ko. Di rin naman magkakadikit ang mga papel ko since hinihimay-himay ko sila bago iprint. Kaya kapag nagpiprint po ng back-to-back pages, hindi tumutugma yung front and back page.
