Thanks for the great video. On the Titum surface… Do you recommend just regular dish soap and a non-scratch nylon sponge as the best way to clean it? Thanks again.

will this work on most stainless steel cookware? Lots of useful information i hope to take away as i begin to swap out nonstick cookware for stainless steel.

really did consider it. sadly pick up a "made in" cookware. next time imma try the pan set.

If I actually have food bits burned on a pan, I put a squirt of dish soap and some water to cover the bottom, then let it simmer for 10 minutes or so. At that point most cleaning jobs come down a notch.
