Καλημέρα. Ομολογώ ,επειδή έχω δει μερικά βίντεο σου,οτι έχεις βελτιωθεί. Πολύ καλή η πατέντα με τις μεταλικές βαλβίδες του τσοκ. Με ενδιαφέρει αυτή σου η πατέντα ,πως το έκανες καθώς και το κόστος,αν μπορείς να περιγράψεις. Να είσαι καλά.

Τα βιδακια δεν τα έκανα εγώ, αλλά κάποιος με τόρνο που είχα βρει σε μια ομάδα του fb . Δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του. Τον είχα βρει σε μια ομάδα για Άφρικα. Υπάρχουν έτοιμα από εξωτερικό αν ψάξεις. Εγώ απλά βιαζομουν.

Hey my fellow varadero friend. Me and my neighbour we both have varadero 99 with carbs. My have no problem, but his bike will never start when its cold, not by choke or throttle. If you keep it cranking for maybe 5-10 minutes it will fire. Then no problem. But he lives on a hill and put it in first gear and roll start it. Then it fires up without no problem. As soon as its started up you can use electric starter until next morning. He have new sparkplugs. Do you have any advice?? Thank you. Toby Norway

You can start with air fuel mixture adjustment, for being sure that it is not too lean. You can doing that by the way I present to my video. If you don't see any difference, ( which is very possible) you have to check the valve clearance, because we have cold start problem when valves clearances are too small.

Veyr nice movie. I have misfire during low load. Acceleration/deceleration or running on motorway is no problem. Any idea how to solve this? I have some suspect regarding the little o-rings on the air-jet inside the Air cut-off valve. Those are not sold by Honda anymore, do you know the correct size?

No i don't know the size, but having the old one with you you are going to find a new at stores which sells o rings. You have to know that those misfires maybe come from the ignition too.
