As per the factory you don't need to pull up all the motherboard and stuff instead just pull up the LCD which is possible by just after opening the main cover and just blow it out. Still opening the projector is risky as frequent opening could easily damage the locks.

If I'm not seeing wrong, the wires going from the transformer board should be like 12v or less, has anyone made a reading of what voltage? I would like to know because it would be neat if there could be done a modification to it to run it on 12v or a battery pack or something like that.

yup it is 12v in supply but the wattage is different because different projector uses different wattage of lamp which throws the light so for ur case u have to take readings.

We took ours apart and now the screen is pure black, the lense isn’t lightening up either. We did clean the black screen and the glass screen is this why?

The projector is cool, but I agree with you the fan is noisy. I have never changed the fan and I don't know where to buy a quieter fan for this model of projector, sorry.

Unfortunately no way, all cheap projectors have this flaw with dust ingress.

@@orcuncobanoglu9019 they do sell a projector similar to this with a cleaning window, that's more like curved one than a cylindrical one. Your decision to buy the closed engine one or the dust proof one is better.
