my first bunn lasted 17 years before the heater went out on the brewing tank , 2017 got a new bunn and it plugs up every month . have to ream it out . wth is up with that , same water .

Possibly finer mesh filters, so requires cleaning more often.

@@JohnPerezJBGbass I clean the tank every 3 months and the pipe to the tank every 2 weeks or it dumps water on the counter top from inside the maker . If I use the spring pipe reamer every 2 weeks its fine. The Hot water tank to coffee pot tube .

Sprayhead. Turn it the other direction.

As you are facing the sprayhead , pictures a clock which turns clockwise, righty tighty, and counter clockwise is lefty loosey. So turn it counter clockwise to un- screw sprayhead. Yea
