I don't know why the product's name is not shared but let me guess what it could be. It could be EDTA powder which is a chelating agent but it looks somewhat like caustic acid based on its crystalline appearance when it was being mixed in water.

May be bearing or spider is damaged. Anyhow howmuch it may cost? He is demanding 10000/-and not willing to repair at my residence Please advise
