Alot different than going into a BRITISH store. I asked for help with a bracelet that has more that £1000 of charms on. The woman couldn't care less as I wasnt purchasing anything. Sorry no no no!!!when I went to Turkey on holiday I swam with my charm bracelet on.and the chlorine cleaned my whole bracelet&charms.i never take mine off,I sleep with it,sunbathe with it,sweat with it&wear it to work&its just fine....
