Best thing ever is a shower attachment with a silicone attachment. The key is not to hold it in with this method, but just let the water flow in and out. Funny, I just heard a porn actor interview and he said it (a bit not clean) happens on sets all the time and he made it seem like no big deal.

I just squat in the bathtub under the faucet and use my fingers to clear out remaining sludge. Then you can really feel if you’re clean. If you eat a clean diet there shouldn’t be a lot. Then no need to squirt water up there or have extra equipment. Anything wrong with that?

Probably too much. You just need to clean the first part of the colon. If you overdo it , the water is going into the lower intestine and it keeps coming and coming and coming... try increasing your fibre intake too!

Complete Flush, be relaxed don't hold it in and don't push it out just let water flow in and let the bad water come out then redo in 5 minutes for a double check and repeat if necessary. Not as much as you think. Just enough to clean out the rectum. (google an image of the rectum so you can see) If you use too much water you will start clearing out the lower intestine and your water will never run clear.

Squatting over the bowl is the way to go. When you are clean I feel more uninhibited and able to enjoy it better. Pro tip: stick a toy up there to make sure there's no more water. In the morning eat overnight oatmeal with yogurt fruit chia seeds (look up recipe) and at night take a scoop and a half of psyllium husk (fiber) everyday. What a difference it made in prep time!! When you use a douche it cuts down the time in half. You're welcome 😊

Pro tip. Clean out before hitting up the gay sex apps or setting up a meeting time with a FB. Nothing worse than underestimating prep time, setting up a hookup then start cleaning out for it to take an hour or 2 before you're actually ready. And also, some bottoms should be poop shamed. There's a difference betweent being a bit dirty, which happens, and looking like you just finished a bag of white castle burgers on your way over. There's no excuse for the latter.

Thank you. Well, if you're a virgin no real need to get tested. But if you believe you're a bottom then make sure you decide before hand if you want to use condoms or not. If not, I would suggest getting on Prep. This will protect you from HIV. Find out where you can get it wherever you live. Of course Prep won't protect you from other STIs like herpes, gonorrhoea or syphilis.

😐A BIDET installed on your toilet seat or a portable one is something the whole world should be using!! To rinse off with only 2 outside wipes first!! But you still need to go in with your fingers half inch to 1 in deep, for inside wiping and wash with a baby's washcloth and Dove soap afterwards, because the washcloth is thinner than your regular one, for mainly cleaning the outer part.
