I have 45 year old and 3 year old white Corian countertops in my kitchen. Once a month I wet them and pour about 1 tbsp of liquid bleach on a stain and wipe down the entire area then rinse with water and dry them - which takes about 2 minutes. When getting additional counters during a 2018 renovation, I was told to sand them with 400 grit every couple of years, I haven't yet. They are not hard to maintain like all these videos show. * To be safe, maybe do a small test patch before bleaching stains.

Corian is just for looks not super long lasting you can not put a hot pan or something hot on it beause it will never be as shiny as it was before ,you can not clean it with any handy cleaners it will loose shine and is VERY easy to get scratched.

Ponygirl Are you happy with choosing corian? I'm assessing many option at the moment. With white corian or similar composite material it get scratched very easy, looks like scating ice.

Love my Coriander countertops. They fir me have been easy to maintain. In fact had them installed in my bath. The installer looked at my countertop which is 20 yrs old and thought they were new. I in addition have hard water. No problems here

Seems very tiring to maintain Corian material. You need a battery of imported chemicals. In general materials such as Silestone, Corian etc seems to be very little water resistant. If you constantly need to dry the top with paper and make sure there are no moist on the material it all seems too cumbersome, after all there will be water at the kitchen and in the bathroom.
