Hey mate, saw in another comment you were speaking about what chemicals to use to help keep the bath clean! Ive got the same ice bath but it seems like I’m spending every 2/3 days cleaning it even when I’ve rinsed myself off the water seems grim. Ive seen a few things floating around about using hydrogen Peroxide and bromine but for these pools there’s not much info on what to use! Any tips would be appreciated! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the comment - I have something coming for you this week on just this topic! I had the same situation with the water getting a bit grubby - especially in warm weather, and I have the perfect solution for you!

@@zac_wilson_ nice one dude looking forward to it! Hopefully it will mean more time in the bath rather than cleaning it😂

I wish I could get mine to 18°! Tap water where I am is 26° at it's coldest. Coldest I've got my ice bath down to is 22°, that's with adding 15 kg ($18 worth) of ice overnight. Any tips to solve that problem? (other than add more ice - ice is like $6 for a 5kg bag)

Hey, Sorry - I missed this comment at the time. Where abouts are you from? By the sounds of it the climate is a lot warmer than here in the UK. Couple of things: - if outside, keep in a shaded area - always fill up with water late at night, so that it cools during the night and then try and use first thing in the morning - Ice packs in the freezer are a good way to reuse and eliminate having to buy ice all the time - filling up old water bottles and freezing them, then putting them in the ice bath when you are ready to get in - use a lid (black one) if you have one and keep out of direct sunlight if possible Hope that helps!!

Hey, how often do you change the water,

Hey! Thanks for your comment. The short answer is once every couple of weeks, but some people do it once a month. There are a few variables to consider and I actually have a video coming out on changing the water and using chemicals to keep the water clean. Hope that helps.

Yeah mine is between 6-10 depending on the weather. Definitely a gear change from summer, and harder to convince yourself to do it in. The morning - but so worth it
