Hi! I know this has nothing to do with the refill bottle thing, however I have had an account with the body shop for about what like 1 or 2 years now I think. I absolutely ADORE the seaweed stuff it works wonders! The strawberry beauty products are also very nice along with just about everything else I’m sure that I still have yet to try out. I got my grandma a British rose gift set for Christmas last year she loves that scent! I would love it if you guys could possibly add a water Lily or lotus flower scent to your wide variety of scents. Then again it’s okay if you don’t lol. Much love from my family in Virginia❤!

I don’t know who made the executive decision to completely change the entire body shop range but it was a terrible terrible mistake and customers are feeling very mortified. You guys literally discontinued all the best products that we grew up loving and buying over the years and now you’re offering us crappy alternatives. I am highly disappointed what a way to treat customers trying to pass off these horrible body butters when we are completely aware how they have changed drastically

Hello! I’m curious as to what the issue is, I can’t go to the store myself because they moved locations from the mall by my grandmas house to another that’s too far away. As far as I know know they have great products😅.

They have become awful 😞.. Full of fragrance n essential oils.. I bought a few days ago the Vit E cream 100ml n the gel spray and I quit using them. Even the more friendly Aloe Vera cream not managed to use it on my face. It caused me a terrible headache. Too bad. The used to be awesome products under the management of the woman who invented them

Oh god that’s doesn’t sound too fun with the headaches. Other then that as far as I know they have great products! Granted I haven’t gotten anything from them since I got my account with them 1 or 2 years back because they moved to another mall too far away from my grandmas house to get to😅. I have a lip balm set that I got from another brand of beauty products that gives me a massive headache so I get why you would be a bit dismissive of that one.
