Another way, to repay Debt quickly: Add 10% of Monthly payment to " Actual Monthly payment". And, make half, the whole amount. And, pay this "Half Amount" for every 14 days, until loan is paid off. By doing like this, you save considerable amount and time. For example, your monthly payment is $1000. 10% is $100. Adding $100 to $1000, we get $1100. Half of $1100 is $550. Pay this $550, for every 14 days to lender, until loan is paid off. Also, Ask lender, how much is "Interest amount & Principle amount" in Payment Amount(Bi weekly). Tell Lender, to take "ONLY" Interest amount, exactly, from Payment Amount to pay "interest amount", initially. And, then, use the Remaining Amount to pay "Principle amount". In above example, let us assume "interest amount" is $50 & " Principle amount" is $500. Tell, lender to use $50 to pay interest amount & use remaining amount, say $500, to pay Principle amount. Like this, you pay Principle amount quickly. Remember, interest amount is calculated based on How much Principle amount is left. So, it's better to pay off Principle amount, quickly. If you don't tell this to Lender, lender uses most of the Payment Amount to interest amount & lender uses little of the payment amount to Principle amount. This procedure makes your Principle amount, unpaid for longer duration & hence you waste your money. In the above example, if you don't tell lender, lender uses $250 to pay interest amount & $300 to pay Principle amount & hence, Principle amount stays longer as unpaid. Main thing is, Health is Wealth. Wealth is not Wealth. That's, abstain from Sugar & Alcohol. Sugar is as bad as Alcohol & Sugar is as expensive as Alcohol. Sugar depletes minerals from our body. Sugar makes our body as acidic. Sugar causes Diabetes & thus ill health & hence money issues. 😢 Beware of Indian woman. Indian woman is most expensive than Kohinoor Diamond. Just, joking. Indian woman are best prudent, Financially TAKE CARE ❤
