Option: 1
1. Click on Xbox Icon On controller.
2. Go to Device & Streaming
3. Blue Ray - Presistent storage - Clear Persistent storage
4. In settings Again - General - network settings - Advanced Settings - Alternate Mac Address - Clear - restart
Option 2
1. Unplug following. (Turn off: Meaning unplugging power cord)
Internet services provider Modem & Router and Xbox for 15 mins.
Note: You may or may not have router. Just make sure any thing between xbox and internet connection must be unplugged and you will be set.
2. Plug them in following order:
Plug in Internet Modem first - then router and then xbox.

Hmm..try multiple times..my cach got full AGAIN literally 2 weeks after I supposedly cleared it ..so you might also be having the same issue..if you are connected to internet .playing new or multiple games and doing lots of different things you may have to clear it more often.. especially if it's a low Gigabit Xbox..this is just a guess lol I'm not sure

There is another way, hold the power button on your xbox for 10 seconds, then unplug the power from your xbox, then press the power button a few times to remove any existing power from your console, then plug the power in and switch on.

You should not have to redownload the game. Only redownload the game of you know if it's corrupt or keep giving you error. If if still does not fix the issue please check the other video where I go thought how to reset Xbox to factory defaults which resolves most issues but it deletes all the games and you will have to redownload it. Only reason i was interested in this (clearing cache) is because i was playing an EA Sports game that required me to agree to their cookie policy to play. I hate the idea of a company spying on me or monitoring my activity for any reason unless i expressly request them to (like to provide tech support or something), so i was actively looking for a way rid my console of their cookies. Make sure your Xbox have property air flow and it's not in too hot conditions when being used. Also, try resetting Xbox to factory default and let me know if it keeps happening. Sounds more like it's gets getting too hot.

It may be issue with the cable. Do me a favor take a laptop and plug into a same port a on your router first where Xbox is plugged in and do a speed test of that result is good then use the same laptop and plug it into the cable that plugs into your Xbox and see what you get. Let me know. Thanks 😊

In this case though I think it's more "Holy crap, someone explained how I can do this when all the official documentation listx the power brick unplugging method used for the original model Xbox ones, or going through the router!" No joke, you are the first source I've seen that mentions the fact there are ways in the console settings themselves for clearing the two caches, the fact that even the official xbox site doesn't have this listed is rediculous.
