As per my experience, it depends on revision, if someone prepared extremely well 12 13 subjects, then they probably can get passing marks, but i always advice not to leave any subject, depending on time left, make a plan where you cover almost all the clinical subject, and at least do rapid revision for other subjects. And MCQs are most important to practice. I made a mistake not doing enough questions.

You can do internship in private hospital when you are on vacations in India in different departments.. Also, you can buy question bank like UWORLD and Amboss which gives a lot of clinical questions
