Connect the cable well, reboot the Decoder several times and check the name of the error code. Download MyGotv App, login with your Gotv Decoder details, that's IUC number / smart card number. You will find the iuc number at the back of the Decoder. After login, select Fix error and select the error name to proceed. Wait for several minutes, if there's no positive outcome, call Multichoice for help.

Leave the decoder turned on for about 2 hours. There's failed In authentication, that why the channel is not responding.

YES. E66 - 32 error means, you are not having an active package. If you have already paid, you can reset the decoder or use the steps in the video to clear the error.
