Bro to kill Vulcan you need to break him when his hp goes near 25% mark if you have westwind and a good set of blessings I think you can kill him with A2 plum and full maxed out west wind.

​@@DARKGAMER69. I don't have max West wind it's a2 or something. But I have A2 wind great sword lvl 100 and it's not denting him either. Even the A6 max lvl shadow sytche can't touch him until the break gauge is gone.
