I know her T2 passive doesn't apply to Tony but the number one Cull clear has White Fox leading Strange even though she doesn't apply her T2 to him either.

@@shekarigaming7983 with Strange, you will need to build his tier 3, then use the coop before you hit the t3 skill and land your damage proc on his t3 skill, this will be difficult to do but it can be done with a lot of patience and persistence:)

It depends i think , is the character have a proper ctp or not. If we talking about no ctp , same card and etc. I think Strange takes the cake but with a proper and max build ctp Sharon dominated , probably luna too.
