Frfr I would just do a climb up with my nipples over the wall because I can only do phase 2 on a real brick wall with no overgrip, but these narrow plywood walls are free, plus I would just flick up onto the first one because it’s so low and then do precisions, strides, cranes, flick up position landings, or arm jumps across. @3:12 I've tried doing that before, to give my brother a boost up a wall. But always end up with my fingers falling apart, from the weight. Is there an easier way, do I need to do strength training (for hands/fingers), or is it dependent on the boost-ees weight?

@pauljohnson380110 жыл бұрын
Plus if you muscle up you can kick your legs over and clear the wall faster
@nabranestwistypuzzler70193 жыл бұрын
First of all, why would you kick or even swing your legs over the wall? Second of all, why would you do a muscle up when you can just put your feet onto the wall, and third of all, that’s LITERALLY NOT EVEN A CLIMB UP because the walls are NARROW AF, SO THERE’S AN OVER GRIP, meaning that even if you can’t do climb ups on a real wall, you can definitely at least get your nipples over the wall on these walls. Also, you flick up at the end or at least step up, plus those are so close that you can just arm jump, waist jump, crane, stride, or precision across.

Ikrfr even pseudo traceurs or traceurs who didn’t even start learning climb ups yet would cringe because at least do the elbow technique and step up with a level 1 “climb up”, but those walls are narrow anyways, so the overgrip makes climb ups free, the walls are also low and you don’t even have to do a whole entire climb up from a cat hang, plus you could plyo, stride, arm jump, crane, or land in the flick up position to get across from one wall to the next as they’re that close to each other. You just don’t go onto your cock and balls, but just do an actual climb up WITH THE FLICK UP, and if it’s a real wall with no overgrip for cheating, then at least lvl1 with doing a pull up, putting your elbows on the wall, dipping up, and stepping up, but more like just learn climb ups. And you don’t have to watch the whole climb up tutorial ofc: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHerXq16aLmfpaM Sat/07/10/2021 at 12:28 EDT2

To all the parkour type haters commenting negatively on this vid, quite often when you need to get over these kind of obstacles in a mud run endurance type event, you are already totally fcked, after miles of running and crawling through rivers, thick mud, up ridiculous hills, etc. the wall run up parkour way is cool but quite energy sapping and early in a long tiring event may work, but these events can really drain you so this advice is good for real world non athletes to save a bit of energy!
@louaishomali1487 жыл бұрын
You actually have a point there and I can see why they use that technique, besides walls are not that high so you wouldn't need to do a wall run you would just need to do a top up. which if done right can get you off the wall pretty quickly, but that is tiring too.
@nabranestwistypuzzler70193 жыл бұрын
Ok so at least just do a lvl1 “climb up” with a pull up, putting your elbows on top, dip up, and then step up one leg at a time
