Shouldn't we enter BIOS to detect the new SSD after physically swapping out the old SSD to the new SSD?

When you take out the original ssd c drive and put in the new clone will the new 2Tb change from d drive to c drive? thx

Correct, it will become your new Local Disk (C:). And will boot directly into Windows.
