Shameless fear mongering. ANY line of credit including pay later, overdraft, credit card etc will show on your credit report, because it is a type of CREDIT. And there is a negative impact on credit score on non payment, not by using credit. This guy is completely uneducated when it comes financials. 👎

@@108W1A0243 your credit score dipped temporarily because the of the account being opened. That is normal and by design, it is to prevent someone from opening dozens of accounts and absconding. The credit is yours, nobody else is using it. If they are, that is fraud, a separate issue and completely unrelated to how credit score works. There are hundreds of websites dedicated to credit scores, their functions and explanations you can refer to instead of this guy talking complete nonsense. Please EDUCATE yourself

@@ankdut1984 for amazon pay, let us say, u have a limit of 35000, and capital float will fund only 80% of the limit, 20% is funded by Karoor Vaysya bank. So, only that 20% amount is shown as a loan account which is forever a loan irrespective of you using it or not. Could u please explain me why only 20% is shown as a loan, and why is it showing as a loan?

@@108W1A0243 BOTH will show on your credit report not just one. Amazon pay later is an Amazon product and they fund from multiple institutions. Each of those institutions report your credit activities to ALL credit agencies such as CIBIL periodically, not necessarily immediately. It can take 3-6 months for ANY positive or negative impact to be reported. Your pay later account limit shows as a loan because that is what it is. A line of credit is a type of loan.
