Hi I have an LLC too and I really was not making any money with it until last year 2023 when I made $300 for an affiliate marketing company that has a physical address in Nevada and I am in Florida. Will I have to dissolve my LLC in Nevada and Florida? I did not make any money in Florida it was all online sales. I had to fill out a W-9 for this company. Do I have to wait until I file my taxes to dissolve this LLC?

I have a similar situation and still had to file a sales tax return every month although I didn't make any money. Check your states site or call them to find out. The frequency of your filing varies by state.
