Even if am alone, right here at the other side of the screen practicing with all of your classes on KZbin this irradiate and change the vibrations at some levels at least my own vibration...but I dream to attend to some of the retreat and have the opportunity to practice on gruop!!! Greg Barsoski hey Greg , one that I’ve done in the past is called “ Nervous System Overhaul “ . Be patient with yourself and only go where ur body allows you to go . The breath work is really important . Good luck and take care , Sat Nam
