Financial Coach and Financial Coach Academy Co-Founder Kelsa Dickey teaches you how to coach your clients to get out of debt.
If you have done any form of financial coaching, whether just helping a friend that wants to get out of debt, or for the hundredth time working with your clients as a full-time financial coach, you know that a lot of clients get frustrated with a one size fits all debt payoff strategy.
Clients lose motivation.
Clients fall off the wagon.
Clients take 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
Kelsa will walk through her process of determining the best way to coach her clients to pay off their debt, stay motivated, and achieve their bigger financial goals.

My biggest takeaway was the approach of helping your client visualize the strategy. Instead of just explaining the strategies, you apply them directly to their information and repeatedly ask how do they feel about that application. And the rewards and celebrations while getting out of debt not at the end! So important to enjoy life along the journey!! This complete training was excellent. Thank you for sharing this!

Amazingly helpful, Kelsa! Main takeaway is the emotional side, not just the numbers. Very eye-opening :) Also walking them through each debt strategy to find the right one for them. And having a positive approach, rather than from a place of shame. This is super important and something I totally feel connected to :)
