What a clever way to introduce people to coding. Nice video.

You are Awesome!. Here's a little addition for the sound mapping. Begin counting at 0 with C and ending with 11 as B. then any number can be mapped back to a letter using the modulo function(%). You can of course xplain much better cause you are AWESOME. Music and Math are related and to celebrate we should all have some Pi.

I don't have a Pi only an Arduino Uno R3. But I thoroughly enjoyed this tutorial. Thank you very much for sharing. Keep them coming.

hello I have a question, can you use the keyboard with sonic-pi to create melodies?

you could also use a NES emulator or GBA emulator to run roms like LSDJ and NTRQ which allow you to compose music on the correlating native sound chips

Is this better than SuperCollider, which as far as I know uses a object-oriented programming language. I'd guess that would be way better than all that rather simple procedural code (I'm a game dev).
