You can create a subscription and prorate the charge. That does the partial management fee calculation automatically and makes the subscription payment on the 1st of each month or whenever you schedule it.

You’re never supposed to take a customers credit card info over the phone. In Europe at least that’s a BIG no non concerning GDPR

Eat them. It's part of doing business these days. If it's a problem, simply increase your pricing by 3%. That's typically what we pay for fees. It's the COST of doing business.

I visited your website ads agency unlocked and I was trying to read over it but that little pop up on the bottom left corner that says this person verified by provely is very annoying, I couldn't continue reading. There should be a way to exit that pop-up or just completely remove it lol.

I believe so, but I'd suggest setting up a business account for this. You don't want to try and manage your personal cash and business cash in the same account.

Yes, the client has their card on file with Google to pay for the ad spend.

Hey Mike i have a quick question what if you sign a client in the middle of the month and you sign him for 3 months. Do you send the 446 dolar payment then a full month one, one more and then the other half of the first month? Please how would you do that yourself thanks man

I don't sign them for 3 months, we don't do contracts. I sign them up and I prorate the first month. If it's $1000/month and they start on the 15th, then I would run a charge for $500 for that month. Then on the first of the next month, I run a charge for $1000. Then on the 1st of the next month, it's another $1000.

Mike thank you for the info. My question is, I'm making digital assets for my client receiving 50% and once the product is complete, they stall for weeks and even months. I have to chase my clients for months on end to get paid and provide their work (websites). How would you secure payment for a client that wants a website that can be created in 2 weeks? 100% up front, subscription where it's a one time recurring payment, etc? It's very frustrating

How do you solve objections if customer don't want to give you their credit card details? especially at the start when you haven't build the trust yet?

Simply ask them? "What other questions do you have? Is there anything I haven't answered yet?" And in the scenairo I showed you, the customer isn't giving you credit card details... they are entering them into stripe. I don't even see the card details.
