Hey buddy i got the parmak 12 solar and the needle keeps jumping we dont know what is wrong we got 3 8ft ground rods in the ground but it jumps from green to red then over again every video i see it stays in green

Yes it should stay in the green after a few seconds. When you first turn it on it should go to green and back to red but it should stay on green. It sounds like you should have a good ground so the first thing I would do is take the top off. Check and make sure all the wires have a good connection. If they do then unplug the battery and take a meter and check to make sure it has over 12 volts.
