I would recommend City and Guilds courses if you are in the UK (though they might be a bit too much if you just want to know your machine) My current sewing/ drafting teacher is Ukrainian (and my favourite engineer is Romanian 😂 - I love the diversity though it’s purely accidental) I’m not sure if that helps, I have also done a couple of various online courses (some better than others 😉) but if you like a teacher you can ask them for 1 to 1 classes (even online) - you’d be surprised how many people don’t mind being pestered like that (if you’re polite and respectful of course) and even if they are too busy, they might recommend someone really good 😊
