How To Colour Buttercream Using Sugar Flair Paste

In this video I show you how to colour buttercream using Sugarflair concentrated paste colours.
For piping buttercream flowers you want to make sure the colour paste is fully mixed in to the buttercream before you start piping to avoid streaks of dark colour running through your buttercream petals.
By adding colour to your buttercream, you also make sure you give it a really good mix which will make it lovely and smooth, perfect for piping flower petals with no frilly edges!
