With liquid food colour the frsoting might get runny.. you can try powdered colours but food gel colours go best with whipping cream

Hii!! Thank you so much for a great video. I have a question, when I color my Chantilly to deep colors, it tends to bleed into the background. For example, when making a design on a white chantilly base, it looks great at first, but as time passes, the black lines start spreading into the white background leaving a purpleish reddish line. Hi! Thank you Yes Dark colors do bleed since we are adding more amount of food color. One tip is... If adding detail piping in a dark color on top of a light color give the base icing at least one hour to set before adding the detail.💜

H! Is this issue with buttercream or whipped cream .This usually happens with buttercream. When adding colors to buttercream first mix the gel color to a teaspoon of milk and then add this to the entire batch of buttercream. In this way you can get rid of the color spots.
