I’ve literally never seen anyone say the combing is the most important part of scissoring!! It’s always just “comb your dog” and then they say the drying is the most important part. Obviously drying the coat as straight as possible is super important but the visual you showed of the detangled hair vs the hair you combed for scissoring was astounding!!!! Thank you for the tip!

I run across everyday pet poodle owners who want this quality of work but they want it to only take an hour and they maybe want to pay $75 for it. Very frustrating
